With over ten years local experience, Poninski Limited work closely with clients, Architects, Structural Engineers and Building Control to construct single and double height extensions to both modern and period properties throughout Kent.
We can help bring light and space into your home, installing roof lanterns, bifold, sliding and patio doors. We construct and fit out utility rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, shower rooms and ensuites working from foundations to final finish, including tiling and wallpapering as needed.
Poninski Limited have worked with many clients across Whitstable, Faversham, Canterbury, Maidstone and surrounding villages to extend and construct properties to exacting standards.

How we work with you
Consultation
If you need advice before beginning your construction project, we can help with suggesting local Architects and Structural Engineers. We can also offer ballpark quotations based on drawings which have yet to be submitted.
Project Management
If you need us to manage the project from foundations to final finish, we can. But if you only need us to undertake the work whilst you source suppliers that is not a problem either. We’re flexible, and happy to offer as much support as you need.
Construction
Poninski Limited have established Trade relationships with construction materials suppliers, and we pass on any discounts directly to our clients. We work from demolition (if required) to foundations, external construction and internal fit out, always working to current Building Regulations. We can install glazing, fit new kitchens and bathrooms, tile walls and floors, construct and install cupboards, lay hard flooring, run electrics, water, and gas as necessary, and even fit staircases. And if you want us to stop at first fix that’s fine too. We provide Electrical and Gas Certifications for any work carried out.
Stress Free Finish
We work with clients in the style they prefer. We’ve installed classic kitchens and bathrooms, laid herringbone floors and wall tiles, working with both the latest styles and classic finishes. The work we carry out always depends on what our clients need.
