Poninski Limited are currently in the midst of a year long project constructing and building a substantial extension to an existing farmhouse in the beautiful countryside of Merewoth near Maidstone. Again, tying in the new to the old is key.
Working closely with the clients and with Andrew Clague of James Clague Architects, we are using natural materials (ragstone, wood, heritage bricks and Kent peg tiles) whilst also adding those areas of excitement and comfort.
A key design feature is a roof lantern placed above the bespoke staircase. An engineering achievement we are proud to have helped bring to reality.
Poninski Limited were commissioned by clients to construct a substantial side extension to a period property in a village outside Faversham.
We worked from ground clearance and excavations through to final finish (fitting some of the largest steels we’ve worked with in over ten years!), tying the extension into the existing property so both buildings complement each other.
The kitchen was a contemporary fit out to celebrate and make the most of the new skylights.
Poninski Limited were appointed to restore a Victorian terraced property back to its former glory. We worked with the designer and developer Renovar Homes to bring their contemporary and stylish seaside vison to life.
As you can see, the house had been left in a sorry state before Renovar bought it, and needed us to undertake everything – strengthened foundations, subfloors, total rewire, plumbing, windows. You name it, it needed attention.
We then created the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living spaces that our clients wanted and the house deserved. And that’s before we started on the garden…!
We are very proud of this project and we hope you like it also.
