Our Story
After 15 years in the UK, our Managing Director Patrick Poninski saw a gap in the construction market – providing a highly skilled, complete building service to private clients alongside the timely, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly communication that businesses expect from each other.
The company started in 2014 with small painting jobs and garden landscaping in the Faversham area and has grown every year, solely through recommendations. Poninski Limited now cover all East and Mid Kent from Margate to Maidstone, Rochester to Ramsgate, Tunbridge Wells to Tankerton and beyond!
We offer a full construction service from complete house builds, contemporary and heritage extensions, electrical and plumbing works, full glazing, bathrooms, kitchens, staircases, decoration, outbuildings and landscaping.
